Yes. Submit a written data access request through our legal e-mail channel with your account ID. We will compile and send your data within the timeframe required by applicable Malaysian data protection law, typically within fourteen days.

Access depends on local law. If our services are not available where you are located, account access may be restricted. Any funds held in a restricted account remain yours and can be withdrawn subject to identity verification.

Contact us via live chat immediately and quote the transaction reference. Our team will hold a review on that transaction within one business day. If the dispute is valid, the amount is returned to your account balance.
